We offer flexible work options to fit your schedule. ⏰📋 If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in customer-facing roles, and excel at managing billing operations, we’d love to hear from you! 🚀✨ 📌 What You’ll Do: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. 📘 Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting. 💳 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 📊 Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.). 🧾 Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. 🇺🇸 Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting. 💻 Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. 🔍 Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. 📈 Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. 📞 ✅ Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.-based companies.
