This is a plain-language summary of what Relomote (relomote.com) collects and why. Short version: you can browse every job without an account, we don’t sell personal data, and signing in only stores what’s needed for saved jobs and similar features.
What we collect
- Account data (only if you sign in). Sign-in is via Google and stores your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- Activity tied to your account. Jobs you save or mark as applied, feedback you submit, listings you report, and companies you suggest.
- Usage analytics. Standard, aggregate measurement of how the site is used (pages visited, referrers, approximate location from IP, device type) via the analytics services listed below.
Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for small preferences (your light/dark theme choice, dismissed banners). Analytics services may set their own cookies or identifiers as described in their policies.

- Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag (traffic measurement and ad conversion)
- PostHog, EU-hosted (product analytics)
- DataFast (traffic attribution)
- Cloudflare (security, bot protection, and content delivery)
- Google sign-in via our auth provider (account creation and sessions)
Job listings are external
Applying always happens on the employer’s own site. Anything you submit there (CVs, application forms) is governed by that employer’s privacy policy, not ours — we never receive it.
Your data, your call
We don’t sell personal data. To access what we hold about you, or to delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with — we’ll handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update this page and the date above.
