About the Role We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team and provide high-quality legal support in U.S. immigration matters. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional who can independently manage cases, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in a fully remote environment. Candidates licensed in Arizona are preferred , but we are open to considering qualified Immigration Attorneys licensed in other U.S. jurisdictions based on their experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned immigration cases from intake through resolution. Review client information and case files to identify relevant legal issues, requirements, and next steps. Conduct legal research related to U.S. immigration laws, regulations, procedures, and case law. Prepare, review, and revise immigration petitions, applications, motions, legal briefs, correspondence, and supporting documentation. Prepare cases and clients for interviews, hearings, and other immigration proceedings, as applicable. Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties. Explain immigration processes, case status, legal options, and requirements to clients in a clear and professional manner. Monitor case deadlines, appointments, filings, and other important case milestones. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and other members of the legal team. Provide legal guidance and oversight on assigned cases while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and ethical requirements. Manage multiple cases and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Use legal technology and case management systems to document, track, and manage cases efficiently. Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction; Arizona Bar admission is preferred . Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school. Demonstrated experience practicing U.S. immigration law . Solid understanding of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and legal processes. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate legal work. Ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, and competing priorities. Strong client-service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Proficiency with standard legal technology and document management systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a U.S. immigration law firm. Experience in a client-facing legal role. Experience handling different types of immigration matters. Experience with immigration filings, hearings, interviews, or other immigration proceedings. Experience with legal case management software such as Clio, Docketwise, MyCase, PracticePanther, or similar platforms. Experience managing a caseload with limited supervision. Experience collaborating with or supervising paralegals and other legal support staff. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Fully remote position.
