100% Remote Oncore Analyst

Job Title: Oncore Analyst Job Description Support the Central Office of Research in a contract role focused on enhancing systems and processes for clinical research billing compliance. Work with Oncore and Epic to prepare for the implementation of updated systems for CTMS and EHR billing compliance. Responsibilities Support project-based work to transition billing compliance systems. Oversee smaller projects and tasks independently within the larger project. Make and manage updates to calendars for accurate information transfer. Review current processes and calendars to identify potential issues during the transition to EPIC. Update billing calendars and schedule of events as needed. Build and review new calendars to ensure accuracy once integrated with EPIC. Essential Skills Experience with Oncore, including creating a schedule of events from a protocol. Proficiency in EPIC and calendar building. Experience with clinical trials, coverage analysis, CTMS, and clinical research billing. Ability to review study protocols for accuracy. Strong customer service skills to support internal customers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of oncology. Precise data entry skills. Ability to run reports in Excel. Work Environment This position is fully remote, with a contract duration of 12 months and potential for direct hire based on business needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
