Where You Fit In As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable software solutions within our platform. Working as part of a cross-functional Scrum team, you will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, helping deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performance applications that support business-critical operations. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and build innovative solutions. Impact You Will Make in the Role (Responsibilities) Take an AI-driven approach to software development, and use GAI tools across all stages of the SDLC to accelerate development and deliver high quality, performant, secure products. Champion the use of GAI tools, and define workflows around their use as it pertains to all stages of the SDLC. Produce clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices. Implement features or components of larger features. Produce unit tests to verify functionality. Identify and fix bugs prior to feature delivery. Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from other team members. Participate in scrum ceremonies and deliver commitments according to estimates. Provide technical leadership through mentoring team members, delivering product demonstrations, and offering guidance to both internal teams and external organizations.
