We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Growth Product Manager , based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: Own the growth model + metrics: Define activation, sharing, invites, review completion, rescore, and retention metrics; build a weekly “flywheel health” dashboard and run the weekly growth cadence. Run acquisition for the first wedge cohort: Recruit and manage early users (authors + reviewers), including outreach, scheduling sessions, and turning insights into product changes. Design and execute lifecycle: Onboarding, re-engagement, rescore prompts, reviewer invite and completion nudges—across email and in-product messaging. Own experimentation: Maintain a prioritized experiment backlog; run A/B and rapid iteration across onboarding, report UX, share flow, and reviewer loop conversion. Scale into “lab pods” over time: Help convert early traction into repeat usage via lab-level workflows and repeatable onboarding playbooks. Requirements: 4-6+ years in growth / product growth / lifecycle (startup experience strongly preferred) Strong analytics instincts (funnels, cohorts, attribution) and comfort working with product/engineering to instrument events. Excellent copy/messaging skills (trust-sensitive audience). Comfortable doing the work: CRM/lifecycle setup, spreadsheets, experiment design, cohort ops. Can operate with ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly. Fluent in English and proficient in academic speak. It's a plus: Experience with community-driven or invite-based flywheels Familiarity with academic workflows (preprints, peer review, lab culture) Experience with AI-enabled products where trust + explainability drives conversion Compensation: The salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform. The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
