Social Media Marketing Intern

Remote | Approx. 10 hours per week | €500 per month

We are a new brand specialising in flooring and interior materials. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about branding, content creation and digital marketing, and would like to help us strengthen our presence across social media.

What you will do

• Manage the daily operation of our Instagram and Xiaohongshu accounts
• Plan and create social media content, including images, short-form videos, Reels and copy
• Assist with social media advertising, including Meta Ads and Xiaohongshu promotion
• Monitor account and advertising performance, and provide basic analysis and optimisation suggestions
• Follow industry trends and social media topics, and contribute creative content ideas
• Participate directly in real brand campaigns and advertising budget management

What we are looking for

• Familiar with Instagram, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms
• Strong interest in brand marketing, content creation and digital marketing
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva and CapCut
• Experience with Meta Ads, Xiaohongshu advertising or other digital advertising platforms is a plus
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English are required
• Dutch is not required
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

What we offer

• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Fully remote position; office available in Rotterdam.
• Flexible working hours that can be arranged around your studies
• Business-related travel expenses will be reimbursed
• Monthly compensation of €500
• Hands-on experience in real brand operations, content creation and paid advertising
