We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and take part in searching for and selecting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and publishing job vacancies;
• Actively searching for candidates on job platforms, social networks, and databases;
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Evaluating candidates and preparing recommendations;
• Coordinating the recruitment process and supporting candidates at all stages;
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage;
• Ability to independently plan and organize your workflow;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Confident computer and social media skills;
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and results-oriented approach.

Working Conditions
