The Role

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives, improve business processes, and support the adoption of new technologies across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a digital transformation, technology, operations, project management, or process improvement professional looking to take on a broader role in an international and remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
• Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and define transformation priorities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate projects involving automation, cloud solutions, data, AI, analytics, and digital platforms.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved performance.
• Work closely with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Data, and other business functions.
• Support technology adoption, change management, and user engagement initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Establish KPIs to measure transformation performance and value.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new digital tools and technologies.
• Identify process gaps and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, project updates, and transformation recommendations.
• Promote digital innovation and best practices across the organization.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology, project management, operations, consulting, or process improvement.
• Good understanding of digital transformation and business process improvement principles.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with automation, cloud technologies, data analytics, AI, ERP, CRM, or digital platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with change management or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant technology or project management certifications are welcome but not required.
