Sales Representative – Germany (Smart Motors & Shading Systems)

About A-OK
A-OK has designed and manufactured intelligent tubular motors and controllers for shading systems for over 28 years, with products sold in more than 180 countries. We are now investing in direct market development in Germany and are looking for six representatives to cover all German markets.
You stay in your own market — no relocation. Headquarters supports you on product, technical solutions, and supply chain; you own the customer relationships.
The role
Build and manage a dealer and distributor network across Germany and France.
Run the full commercial cycle independently, from first contact to signed order.
Travel regularly between your markets to visit customers, dealers and project sites.
Represent A-OK at European trade shows.
Report on pipeline and results monthly against an agreed annual target.
Who we're looking for
Based in Germany or France, with a location that makes regular travel between the two practical.
Existing dealer or distributor relationships in shading, building materials or motor sectors — this is what we're really looking for.
Minimum 3 years in B2B channel development and key account negotiation for industrial products.
Fluent English; German or French essential for at least one of the two markets; both are ideal.
Comfortable working independently and building a customer network from zero.
Terms
Full-time employment or part-time/independent agent arrangement — we are open to both, and will structure the contract around what works for you.
Fixed base salary plus uncapped tiered commission on all sales, with bonuses for outstanding results.
Travel, exhibition, and business expenses reimbursed in full.
Package discussed individually, based on experience and the contract structure that suits you.
