We work with talented professionals who aren't getting interview invitations, and help them stand out using a unique, proven method — one that turns each candidate's experience into a compelling story employers can't ignore. The method combines unforgettable, English-language resumes, high-impact LinkedIn profiles, smart networking strategies, and thorough interview preparation. The approach is practical and step-by-step, designed to reduce frustration while increasing interviews and offers. Candidates also gain access to free training resources that walk them through the full process and methodology.

Role Description

As a Career Advisor for High-Tech, you'll guide job seekers through their entire journey — from the very first meeting to the moment they sign a contract. This is a part-time, fully remote role (work from anywhere in the world), engaged as an independent contractor against an invoice.

You won't be left to figure it out alone: you'll be trained on our proven, up-to-date method, so you'll have the tools and the confidence to lead candidates step by step. Day to day, you'll conduct one-on-one sessions, build standout resumes in high-level English, elevate LinkedIn profiles into persuasive landing pages, and coach candidates on smart networking and key-contact strategies. You'll also prepare candidates for interviews through mock sessions and feedback, and be their close, go-to companion for support along the way.

Beyond the individual work, you'll help keep the methodology consistent and contribute ideas to improve it over time — using our internal systems to track each candidate's progress and momentum. Above all, this is a role with real meaning: helping real people, at a pivotal moment in their lives, find the right place for their careers.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with technical roles in the high-tech industry (required) — you understand who's hiring, what they're looking for, and how this job market really works.
• A background in technical recruitment — a significant advantage.
• High-level English, especially in writing (resumes are written in English), alongside strong, professional Hebrew; the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Skill in transforming professional experience into clear, persuasive narratives — across resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Ability to guide job-search strategy, including networking plans, employer targeting, and interview preparation (mock interviews and constructive feedback).
• A genuine love for helping people — empathy, active listening, and a coaching mindset focused on empowering candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort working remotely and self-managed, with organized tracking of candidate progress.
• Experience in career coaching, resume writing, or talent development — an advantage, but not required (we'll train you on the method).
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience — an advantage.

בתפקיד יועץ/ת קריירה להייטק תלווה/י מחפשי עבודה לאורך כל המסע שלהם — מהפגישה הראשונה ועד לרגע שבו הם חותמים על חוזה. זהו תפקיד בחצי משרה, בעבודה מלאה מרחוק (מכל מקום בעולם), במתכונת של קבלן/ית עצמאי/ת כנגד חשבונית.

לא תישאר/י להסתדר לבד: תעבור/י הכשרה על השיטה המוכחת והעדכנית שלנו, כך שיהיו לך הכלים והביטחון להוביל את המועמדים צעד אחר צעד. ביום-יום תנהל/י פגישות אחד-על-אחד, תבנה/י קורות חיים בולטים באנגלית ברמה גבוהה, תהפוך/כי פרופילי לינקדאין לדפי נחיתה משכנעים, ותנחה/י מועמדים באסטרטגיות נטוורקינג ויצירת קשר עם אנשי מפתח. בנוסף תכין/י מועמדים לראיונות באמצעות סימולציות ומשוב, ותהיה/י עבורם הכתובת הצמודה והתומכת לאורך הדרך.

מעבר לעבודה האישית, תסייע/י לשמור על עקביות המתודולוגיה ותתרום/י רעיונות לשיפורה עם הזמן — תוך שימוש במערכות הפנימיות שלנו למעקב אחר ההתקדמות והמומנטום של כל מועמד. ומעל הכל — זהו תפקיד עם משמעות אמיתית: לעזור לאנשים אמיתיים, ברגע מכריע בחייהם, למצוא את המקום הנכון עבור הקריירה שלהם.

דרישות

• היכרות מעמיקה עם תפקידים טכנולוגיים בתעשיית ההייטק (חובה) — את/ה מבין/ה מי מגייס, מה מחפשים, ואיך שוק העבודה הזה באמת עובד.
• רקע בתפקידי גיוס טכנולוגי — יתרון משמעותי.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, בעיקר בכתב (קורות החיים נכתבים באנגלית), לצד עברית מקצועית ורהוטה; יכולת להסביר רעיונות מורכבים בפשטות.
• יכולת להפוך ניסיון מקצועי לסיפור ברור ומשכנע — בקורות חיים ובפרופילי לינקדאין.
• יכולת להנחות אסטרטגיית חיפוש עבודה, כולל תוכניות נטוורקינג, מיקוד מעסיקים, והכנה לראיונות (סימולציות ומשוב בונה).
• אהבה אמיתית לעזור לאנשים — אמפתיה, הקשבה פעילה, וגישה מלווה שמעצימה מועמדים מרקעים מגוונים.
