Key Responsibilities: 1、熟悉並深入了解開利（Carrier）及競爭對手的商業空調產品，定期向內部同事分享產品特點及競爭優勢。 2、與海外工廠保持日常及臨時溝通，獲取產品相關資訊及技術支持，並及時向內部同事提供最新產品動態和資訊。 3、主動了解銷售同事在產品及設備選型方面的需求與問題，提供專業建議、產品解決方案及技術支持，協助推動銷售工作。 4、處理產品相關詢價工作，並協助供應鏈管理（SCM）部門向海外工廠下達訂單及跟進相關事宜。 5、參與國內外相關會議，根據需要向內部同事及客戶提供暖通空調（HVAC）行業及產品資訊。 6、負責產品能效認證、註冊及測試工作的管理與協調。 7、參與公司內外部研討會、產品發佈會及技術交流活動，分享產品相關知識與市場資訊。 8、收集及分析暖通空調（HVAC）市場數據，為銷售策略制定、市場拓展及產品規劃提供支持。 Requirements 1、大學本科或以上學歷，冷凍空調（HVAC ），機械工程、能源與動力工程、製冷與低溫工程、電機工程或相關專業優先。 2、3年以上 HVAC、空調製冷或機電設備相關行業工作經驗，具備商用空調產品、冷水機組（Chiller）、VRF、AHU 或相關產品經驗者優先考慮。 3、熟悉 HVAC 系統原理、產品應用及設備選型，能夠為銷售團隊及客戶提供技術支援與解決方案。 4、具備良好的產品管理及市場分析能力，能夠收集並分析競爭對手資訊、市場趨勢及產品數據，為業務發展提供建議。 5、熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint）等辦公軟體，具備數據分析能力者優先。 Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
