Remote in the Philippines

Salary: $1,000 - $1,200/month USD

Step into a direct-hire eCommerce role with an established US operator who has already grown one direct-to-consumer site to $70,000 per month and is preparing to scale it again with compliant payment processing and an existing customer list.

You will have broad exposure across website performance, email marketing, customer support, and contractor coordination. The first priority is improving and relaunching the current store. As additional eCommerce properties launch, this role can grow into coordinating projects and supporting a broader remote team.

This is a practical role for someone who wants variety, direct access to the founder, and a clear path from hands-on execution into eCommerce project management.

Must Haves

• 3+ years managing or supporting a direct-to-consumer eCommerce store across website operations, marketing, and customer service
• Hands-on experience improving site speed, user experience, product pages, or checkout flow in WooCommerce, Shopify, or a comparable platform
• Experience planning and sending campaigns to an existing customer list using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a comparable email platform
• Experience responding to online store customers through email or chat in professional English
• Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+).

Nice to Haves

• Experience coordinating freelance designers, developers, or customer support contractors
• Experience with Instagram influencer outreach, product seeding, or affiliate campaigns
• Experience with hemp, CBD, supplements, nutraceuticals, or another regulated consumer product category

Core Responsibilities

• Audit, redesign, and maintain the current eCommerce store to improve load speed, customer experience, product presentation, and checkout flow
• Plan and run email reactivation and ongoing campaigns to the existing customer list, then maintain a consistent campaign cadence
• Handle customer support and coordinate the designers, developers, or contractors needed for the current store and future eCommerce properties

Expectations

• Full-time, exclusive role focused on the founder's eCommerce projects
• The first priority is relaunching the current compliant hemp store as expanded payment processing becomes available, then supporting additional direct-to-consumer sites
• Success means the current store runs cleanly, customer emails are answered, campaigns ship consistently, and the founder can assign priorities without managing each step
• When a project requires a skill outside your range, you are expected to scope the work, find the appropriate contractor or tool, and keep the project moving
• Start date: ASAP
