This role combines strategic account management with operational support, working cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the client lifecycle. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and strategic account planning Collaborate with Sales team to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities among prospects and existing clients through upselling initiatives Manage comprehensive onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction Conduct product and service training sessions for new and existing clients via webinars and presentations to maximize utilization and value realization Partner with Risk team to evaluate client portfolios and provide strategic system recommendations and condition guidance Address client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to ensure satisfactory resolution Create and deliver compelling presentation materials through webinars and client meetings to showcase solutions and drive engagement Stay current with mortgage industry compliance requirements, fraud trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for service improvements and account growth Maintain accurate client records and account activity in CRM systems to support relationship management and reporting Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and management at all levels Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven capability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while adapting quickly to changing priorities Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for client data analysis and reporting Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : One year of experience in account management, sales, or high-level customer service roles One year of experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry Experience with webinar platforms and presentation delivery Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements REMOTE WORK REQUIRMENTS: Stable, high-speed internet connection Experience with teleconferencing Access to a quiet workspace Smartphone/mobile device PHYSICAL DEMANDS : While performing the responsibilities of the job, the person in this position will be required to frequently communicate information so others will understand.
