3D Animator

Mr. Sus LLC specializes in custom, ready-to-use digital experiences and technical support for global brands entering the gaming industry, and delivers approximately 10 million views per campaign through high-traffic partnerships. The team also produces high-quality short videos that turn viral trends into measurable growth and increased sales across industries such as real estate and consumer products.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote 3D Animator role. The 3D Animator will create high-quality animated content for games, social media, and branded digital experiences, working closely with game designers, video editors, and producers. Daily responsibilities include developing character and object animations, refining motion capture data, setting up and adjusting rigs, and ensuring smooth movement and visual consistency across assets. The role involves working in IClone and other relevant tools to model, animate, and optimize assets for real-time environments and short-form video content. The 3D Animator will collaborate with the creative team to meet production timelines, iterate on feedback, and support the delivery of engaging visual content that aligns with Mr. Sus LLC’s brand and partner requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in 3D Animation and Animation for characters, environments, and in-game assets.
• Experience with Rigging and Motion Capture workflows, including cleanup and retargeting of mocap data.
• Proficiency in IClone for modeling, rigging, animation, and rendering.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced studio environment, take constructive feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail in timing, weight, and movement.
