3D Lighting & Look Development Artist (AI Digital Twin)

About the Client A global technology company headquartered in the United States, specializing in personal computing, printing solutions, and related services. It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries. What You’ll Do Create lighting setups, look development, and visual standards for Digital Twin product assets. Ensure lighting and shading behavior transfer accurately from Maya into Digital Twin models and downstream rendering environments. Develop lighting templates and scene standards that support consistent product visualization across multiple products, categories, and variants. Help establish visual benchmarks that allow Digital Twin assets to be used reliably in assisted and automated content generation workflows. Collaborate with the Pipeline Technical Artist to ensure lighting, shader, and visual standards integrate cleanly into the broader Digital Twin pipeline. Validate outputs to ensure visual consistency, product fidelity, and alignment with brand and team expectations. Work with the Model Preparation team to refine asset setups. Identify opportunities to improve render consistency, visual accuracy, and efficiency in support of automated asset generation and content reuse. What You Bring Experience in 3D lighting and look development, preferably in product visualization. Strong understanding of materials, reflections, refractions, and realistic lighting for product assets. Experience working in Maya and V-Ray. Knowledge in modeling and rigging is a plus. Ability to create repeatable visual systems rather than one-off artistic setups. Strong eye for product realism, consistency, and detail across variants and output types. Familiarity with Digital Twin workflows is a plus.
