Role Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their specific transportation needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to the services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients, including pricing, scheduling, and logistics support if needed.
• Coordinate with overseas partners and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on key client accounts for service review, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Ensure client-specific contracts, service agreements, and operational guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fluent English communication.
• Min 03 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Strong operational understanding across transport modes (air, ocean, trucking) and customs processes, especially destination logistics in US trade lanes.
• Mindset of process excellence. Data-based decision making.
