We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale cloud migration project involving the transition from Google Workspace to the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain clear communication with both internal stakeholders and a US-based client. While experience with Google and Microsoft cloud environments is highly valued, strong leadership and communication skills are the most important qualifications for this role . Requirements: Native-level Portuguese . Advanced English with the ability to communicate fluently with US-based clients. +5 years of Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager leading complex technology projects. Excellent leadership , stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously. Certifications on Management: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) Understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud environments sufficient to manage technical teams and project execution (hands-on technical expertise is not required). Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a large-scale migration project from Google Workspace to Microsoft solutions. Keep the integration project on track and drive accountability across stakeholders. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Ensure all project teams remain aligned, accountable, and on schedule. Facilitate clear and effective communication with US-based clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate technical teams, remove blockers, and drive project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership. Foster collaboration across technical and business teams throughout the migration lifecycle. Nice-To-Have: Experience managing cloud migration projects, particularly involving Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with both Google and Microsoft cloud ecosystems. Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is a strong plus. Experience working with distributed or international teams. What's in for you? Salary in USD .
