#995 - Clinical Data Scientist

Job brief - Opportunity Only Available for Latam Professionals. We are seeking a Clinical Data Scientist to support the collection, integration, validation, analysis, and visualization of clinical trial data. This role will work closely with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Statistical Programming, and other cross-functional teams to ensure clinical data is accurate, consistent, and suitable for analysis. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for clinical data review, cleaning, validation, and quality control . Analyze clinical trial data to identify trends, inconsistencies, missing data, and potential quality issues. Develop and maintain data validation checks, review rules, and data quality processes . Integrate and reconcile data from multiple clinical sources, including EDC, laboratory, eCOA, imaging, wearables, and other systems . Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support clinical study teams and decision-making. Apply analytical techniques to identify data patterns, risks, and potential issues throughout the study lifecycle. Automate data review, reconciliation, and reporting processes using programming and analytical tools. Support the development and implementation of clinical data standards and data models . Collaborate with Clinical Data Management to improve data quality and support study deliverables. Support clinical studies from study start-up through database lock and close-out . Ensure data processes comply with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and applicable clinical data standards . Document analytical methodologies, processes, findings, and recommendations. Communicate results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Advanced English level (B2/C1) to ensure fluent communication across teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field . 2+ years of experience working with clinical trial, healthcare, or life sciences data. Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation. Proficiency in Python or R . Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms . Understanding of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP . Familiarity with EDC systems and clinical data management processes . Knowledge of CDISC standards , particularly SDTM and/or ADaM, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. What do we offer? Competitive salary in USD . 100% Remote work.
