Client Benefits Advisor

No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided learning resources, and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients through virtual appointments to discuss their benefit options
Educate clients on available insurance and financial protection solutions
Answer client questions and provide personalized recommendations
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Access to a computer or laptop
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
