Training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the products, understand the sales process, and build confidence when working with clients.
What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective clients through approved communication channels
Learn and explain available insurance products and coverage options
Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Complete required documentation and follow company procedures
Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
Work toward individual and team performance goals

Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
Basic computer and internet skills
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus
Active Life & Health license is a plus, if applicable
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
