Summary: The A&A Staff Accountant is the team member who performs the majority of the day-to-day fieldwork on accounting and auditing engagements, and certain tax engagements. Responsibilities: Works on various audit, review, compilation or accounting procedures under direct supervision Prepares financial statements Prepares and reconciles account schedules as required Performs year-end inventory observations Communicates with clients regarding information needed or clarification of issues Actively pursue CPA certification Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field required Proficient in use of computers and basic software applications Above average written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform under time pressure and meet deadlines Ability to travel by air and vehicle Ability to provide own transportation for traveling to client assignments and for personal development programs Overtime work required periodically throughout year * A hybrid work schedule will be considered after six months of employment.
