About the Job – RESWAY

RESWAY is seeking Academic Mentors and Research Instructors to collaborate on academic content development and scholarly orientation activities, with a focus on education, pedagogy, research, and English language studies. We welcome individuals with strong academic foundations who aspire to contribute to a high‑quality academic community.

ACADEMIC MENTOR

A role designed for academically grounded professionals who wish to contribute deep expertise and accompany RESWAY’s scholarly community toward excellence.

Fields of Expertise:

• Education & Pedagogy

• Languages: English, Chinese

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree or higher.

• Professional or research experience at research institutes, academic centers, or scientific organizations.

• At least one international publication indexed in Scopus/WoS (Q3 or above).

• Preference for candidates with Q1–Q2 publications as First Author or Corresponding Author.

• Strong pedagogical foundation and understanding of teaching quality assessment, including:

– Teaching methodologies

– Rubric design

– Formative & summative assessment

– Learner competency evaluation

• Demonstrated scientific research skills, academic rigor, critical thinking, and mentoring capability.

• Academic English proficiency. Preference for candidates with degrees or professional experience in English Language Studies, English Pedagogy, ULIS, or foreign‑language/pedagogy institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide mentees throughout topic development, methodological implementation, data analysis, and manuscript writing aligned with academic standards.

• Monitor progress reports and collaborate with RESWAY’s academic team to ensure quality.

• Provide academic consultation in:

- Education & pedagogy

- Teaching quality assessment

- Educational research & ELT

• Offer expert feedback, scholarly critique, and methodological direction.

• Collaborate with RESWAY as a long‑term Academic Mentor.

Working Format

• Flexible scheduling based on personal availability.

• Fully remote (100% online), work from any location.

• Participation frequency and duration arranged according to project phases or academic requirements.

Collaboration Structure

• Project‑based or phase‑based collaboration.

• Long‑term engagement of at least 6 months, ensuring academic continuity and respect for scholarly expertise.

• Compensation and collaboration terms discussed transparently and aligned with involvement level.
