WORKING SCHEDULE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING
This is a split-shift position. The working day spans two separate working blocks.
Working days: Monday to Saturday
First shift: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Dubai/UAE time
Break: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Dubai/UAE time
Second shift: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Dubai/UAE time
Total working hours: 8 hours per day
Sunday is the weekly off.
Saturday is a normal, full working day - not a half day and not optional.

ABOUT LABEEB ONE
Labeeb One is our central digital operating system - the platform we use to manage client work, track deliverables, coordinate our network of writers, researchers, and specialists, and keep the business running on schedule. This role runs the Academic Support Hub inside that system.
THE ROLE
You will own the Academic Support Hub end to end: the client work it delivers, the specialists who deliver it, and the standard it is delivered to.
- Own academic client requirements from first enquiry to final delivery, working inside Labeeb One
- - Translate a client's brief into a scoped, quotable requirement before any writer is assigned - including academic level, methodology, software, word count and deadline
- - Select the right specialist for each project, and verify their expertise before assigning
- - Hold deadlines: track drafts, chase early, and act before a delivery is at risk rather than after
- - Run quality judgment before delivery - verifiable references, methodology soundness, and honest communication about what can and cannot be guaranteed
- - Build and maintain a ready Academic Talent Network of writers, researchers and statisticians, so specialists are available before an urgent project arrives, not after
- - Agree specialist rates within approved limits and escalate anything outside them
- - Keep the Hub's records accurate in Labeeb One so the business can see the true state of academic work at any time
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine academic project experience - coordinating, managing, reviewing or supporting real academic work at undergraduate, master's or doctoral level
- - A strong academic background, and comfort discussing methodology, data analysis and research structure with clients and specialists
- - Practical judgment about quality: you can tell a well-written document from a well-referenced one, and you check
- - Experience sourcing, screening or managing academic writers, researchers or statisticians is strongly preferred
- - Advanced professional English, written and spoken. IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or an equivalent certification is not mandatory but is a plus
- - Experience with a CRM or operations platform, and the discipline to work inside a system rather than around it
- - Strong independent judgment, comfortable working with minimal supervision while knowing when to escalate
- - Currently based in Pakistan, with genuine long-term availability for the split-shift schedule above, including Saturdays
SELECTION PROCESS
Shortlisted candidates complete a live interview and an academic operations assessment, followed by reference verification, a one-week paid working trial, and a three-month probation period. The fixed monthly salary of PKR 120,000 applies from successful completion of the paid trial.
