Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or e-commerce support role; agency internships will also be considered.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional, and error-free client-facing communication.
Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and moving pieces without losing track of details.
Working knowledge of e-commerce growth metrics, with the ability to navigate Shopify dashboards and explain key metrics such as ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, with familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Segmetrics for reporting and tracking.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and the ability to understand and interpret advertising performance data.
Familiarity with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing.
Experience using project management and communication tools such as Asana and Slack.
Basic proficiency with Canva and ChatGPT for creating and supporting client-facing materials and workflows.
Ability to maintain reliable overlap with US business hours based on the applicable regional working-hour requirements.
Previous agency experience supporting Account Managers or Project Managers.
Hands-on experience managing or supporting campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics.
Experience working with regulated or high-scrutiny industries, such as health and wellness, CBD/THC, or hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare agendas and relevant data for client meetings, document key decisions, and send same-day meeting recaps with clear owners and deadlines.
Prepare accurate weekly client reports by compiling performance data from media buying activities and flagging anomalies before they are shared with clients.
Maintain account task boards in Asana, ensuring all client commitments are tracked, assigned, and completed on time.
Coordinate with media buyers, creative, and development teams to ensure briefs are clearly communicated and deliverables align with the account's growth plan.
Draft client responses, updates, and other communications for Account Manager review while developing an understanding of the comapny's client service standards and communication style.
Shadow Account Managers on strategy, renewals, and escalations, with the goal of independently managing 1–2 accounts under supervision by the 90-day mark.
