In collaboration with our BDR’s, Marketing, and Operations team, you’ll be responsible for developing your pipeline through outreach, conferences, networking, webinars, industry engagement, while consistently advancing opportunities. Our purpose is to make it easier for organizations to manage and share their digital collections. You’ll help prospective clients understand how Discovery Garden’s solutions can support their goals related to digital collections management. While experience working with libraries, archives, museums, or higher education institutions is considered a strong asset, we are equally interested in candidates with a proven ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, and navigate complex sales processes. Familiarity with digital collections, repositories, preservation systems, or library technologies is an asset. Experience working with libraries, archives, museums, or higher education institutions is highly valued. What You’ll Do Generate new business opportunities through email, phone, social media, conferences, and professional networking. Build relationships with prospective clients across libraries, archives, museums, and higher education institutions. Lead discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and guide prospects through the evaluation process. Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Identify opportunities where Discovery Garden’s solutions can deliver value. Represent Discovery Garden at conferences, webinars, and industry events. Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to support sales opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM. Why do you think you’d be successful helping Discovery Garden grow? We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive and supportive workplace.
