Account Executive

At rEvolution, we pride ourselves on delivering award-winning business-building marketing, strategic consulting and media programs for our brand clients that are widely recognized throughout the global sports industry. rEvolution is seeking an Account Executive to join our quickly growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Account Manager, you will be a vital part of successful planning, execution and reporting of client programs. You will work cross-functionally with multiple rEvolution departments to ensure programs run flawlessly. You Will: Direct management of one or more key client projects/programs Maintain ongoing communications with client contacts around all rEvolution-related programs Lead the development of contracts, proposals, program materials and client recaps/updates Maintain detailed budget trackers for all client programs Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors involved with client projects Coordinate and attend team, agency, vendor and client meetings/calls as necessary including developing agenda and contact reports in connection to the calls Work collaboratively with other rEvolution business units to manage projects and execute client programs Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple client programs with the ability to balance competing priorities, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Approach new and unfamiliar projects with curiosity and initiative, independently navigating solutions, and proactively seeking guidance when needed to keep work moving forward You Have: 2-4 years of agency experience (sports, lifestyle or luxury industry) servicing clients on a day-to-day basis Four-year degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field Ability to travel up to 40% An ability to successfully prepare and present to clients Firm grasp on reporting, analysis and budgeting An ability to work in a fast-paced environment between multiple projects Experience working in the luxury hospitality space, bonus for partnership and event experience in luxury automotive, yachting, equestrian, golf or culinary. This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55-65K, and is eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus Compensation packages are based on unique factors for each specific candidate including skillset, depth of experience, business needs, parity with other team members, and applicable certifications, among other job-related considerations. rEvolution offers a robust benefits package, highlighted below.
