Position Overview: We are looking for the newest member of the Wilderness Medical Staffing team! The Account Executive's mission is to exceed our clients’ expectations by proactively assessing their staffing needs and efficiently filling their vacant jobs with excellent medical providers. Equally important, we need someone who will develop relationships and maintain high levels of trust a rapport with clients and medical providers. Responsibilities: Efficiently fill vacant positions with excellent medical providers Drive account growth by building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with healthcare facilities and providers Ensure the integrity of our data by following processes and documentation protocols Contribute to WMS’s strategic plan Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments Required Competencies: Decisive Relationship-builder Exceptional Customer Service Creative problem solver Effectively prioritizes competing tasks Proactive Effective communicator High attention to detail Organized and great at planning Superb analytical skills Flexible / Adaptable to a changing environment Efficient Calm under pressure Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience The competencies above Experience in the healthcare field required Track record of success in previous positions Excellent computer skills Remote (Work-from-Home) Requirements: Must be able to work and keep normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM). Dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) free of other competing responsibilities at home during work hours. Must have high-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements. This is a remote position. You must be a self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision.
