WHAT YOU’LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS The CMS Account Leader serves as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison between the Studio and assigned partners. Working closely with the Account Manager and cross-functional account and creative teams, the Account Leader leads projects through the development of strategic and creative solutions that support partner objectives and drive consumer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior and ability to help translate consumer insights into effective creative execution. The Account Leader serves as the initial intake lead for new projects, ensuring work is appropriately scoped, prioritized, and managed through completion. The Account Leader is responsible for working with partners on their creative briefs, ensuring they are clear, strategic, and comprehensive. They gather and assess all relevant project information and partner with the Account Manager and/or Traffic Coordinator to evaluate priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment across teams. Additionally, the Account Leader influences account strategies and execution plans, proactively manages complex project challenges, and drives projects to successful completion. This role is accountable for ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining alignment with the approved strategy throughout the project lifecycle. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following are required to be considered for this role: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience 4 years of client/creative agency experience in traffic, account management, or client account services OR 4 years of Hallmark multi-studio experience Experience using project management software/systems Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Your resume will stand out if you have the following: BA or BS in business, marketing or advertising Previous print, social and/or digital commercialization marketing experience Previous experience facilitating meetings and giving presentations/pitches Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with diverse internal and external partners Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to effectively communicate with key business partners Workamajig-specific project management experience Ability to manage multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environment Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks accordingly Ability to work with sense of urgency and demonstrate excellent follow-through Ability to deal with ambiguity ADDITIONAL DETAILS This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the best of both worlds: collaborating in person at Headquarters in Kansas City, MO and enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
