Account Executive Freelance

Role Description As an Account Executive (Freelance) at Kanca Kreasi, you will support the management of client accounts and assist in executing marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, gathering and clarifying project requirements, preparing briefs, and collaborating with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are on track. You will help monitor project timelines, follow up on action items, and support reporting on campaign performance. This internship role is hybrid, based in Yogyakarta with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, allowing both onsite collaboration and remote tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and manage expectations.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in digital and brand strategy.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and coordination across teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment (onsite in Yogyakarta and remote).
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous project experience in account handling, marketing, or related activities is an advantage.
• Proven in project deals, and willing to follow the probation period
