Job Description Reporting to a Client Partner, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects. As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients. Responsibilities Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team. Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs. Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes. Set up regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented. Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations. Support with client reporting and tracking of deliverables Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them. Qualifications You're able to sign an internship agreement for a full-time, 6+ month commitment (Monday through Friday). You're fluent in French and have a conversational level of English. You have some client-facing experience through an internship, apprenticeship or a personal project. You have an interest in social media, digital marketing or online advertising, and AI. You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances. You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills. You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
