You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients understanding their unique needs and delivering customized insurance solutions. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $ 64,000 to $80,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Working towards or completion of the CAIB / CIP designation Once here, you'll: Manage a designated portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients, ensuring personalized service, retention, and long-term satisfaction. Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by assessing client exposures, advising on tailored insurance solutions, and clearly communicating why recommended coverage is the best fit. Drive revenue growth by achieving new business targets, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver cohesive and comprehensive service to shared clients. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to coverage, billing, claims and other service needs, maintaining high service standards and quick turnaround times. Identify and cultivate new business through strategic networking, community involvement, and generating internal referrals. Continuously upgrade product and market knowledge to stay informed of evolving insurance solutions and provide expert-level advice to clients. Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and client seminars to boost your professional presence and expertise.
