Account Executive Tier I - Remote

We service UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure for hospitals, industrial facilities, municipalities, and data centers. If you’re not in front of customers, you’ll be in the office working with the team, preparing to be in front of customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs • Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy IN-PERSON EXPECTATION (IMPORTANT) • Meeting clients • Visiting sites • Attending tradeshows or events • Traveling your territory • Engaging in revenue-producing activity If you're not in front of customers, you're with us, learning, preparing, and building toward being in front of customers. WHO YOU ARE You don’t need UPS experience to succeed — but you DO need to be: • Coachable and eager to learn • Organized and disciplined • Comfortable in industrial environments • Strong at communication and relationships • Driven to build a career in a high-growth industry • Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.) Bonus experience: • Industrial or technical sales • Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries • Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical) • Selling PM contracts or technical services This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Tier 2 Power Systems Senior Account Executive Role.
