Account Manager - Promotons (Gazetkowo)

Location: Poland (remote)

You Will:

• Managing digital campaigns for existing clients, improving results and optimising performance,
• Cooperating with the largest retailers and brands in the Polish market,
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue,
• Leading account management activities including client communication,
• Collaborating and communicating with internal teams to deliver solutions,
• Ensuring client retention and facilitating contract renewals,
• Contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns in a client facing role,
• Knowledge of digital advertising and retail market in Poland,
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish,
• Proficiency in English at least at B2 level,
• Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets/Google Slides,
• Google Analytics 4 knowledge or any other digital performance management tool knowledge is nice to have,
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills, ability to recognize and understand the needs and expectations of the client,
• High level of motivation, willingness to learn and independence,
• Willingness to participate in occasional business travels to meet the client or the team, depending on the business needs.
