S ummary Objective The Account Manager supports customer engagement, opportunity development, and account growth within the data center segment. This role partners with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, coordinate internal follow-up, support pipeline growth, and contribute to solutions aligned with customer priorities in energy, cooling, and infrastructure. Essential Functions Customer & Partner Leadership Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned customer stakeholders, building professional relationships across sustainability, infrastructure, operations, and procurement teams. Support customer relationships and account activities that advance shared objectives in clean energy adoption, data center efficiency, thermal management, and infrastructure solutions. Participate in account planning, customer meetings, and internal coordination efforts to support growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Help gather customer and market intelligence to deepen the understanding of customer business priorities and translate these insights into actionable solutions, leveraging the full breadth of Stellar Energy’s portfolio. Business Growth & Strategy Engage with teammates and cross-functional partners to support account planning and execution in alignment with Stellar Energy’s strategic objectives. Contribute market observations, customer feedback, and account updates to support effective sales strategies, partnership development, and internal alignment. Identify and cultivate opportunities for joint development, pilot projects, and co-innovation initiatives in areas such as thermal management, controls, energy and cooling, and sustainable solutions. Support assigned stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal coordination, customer follow-up, and opportunity tracking; participate in negotiation and closing activities with senior sales leadership. Data Center Market Knowledge Develop working knowledge of the data center market, customer priorities, and cooling infrastructure solutions. Monitor customer priorities, market trends, and emerging cooling technology advancements. Support collaboration with customer ecosystem partners, technology providers, and internal teams to identify and advance business opportunities. Champion the adoption of high-efficiency and sustainable cooling solutions in data center environments, supporting customer decarbonization goals. Share customer feedback and market observations with internal teams to support solution improvement, commercial planning, and alignment with evolving customer needs. Work Environment Most work is performed in an office environment. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Travel Some occasional travel may be necessary Required Education and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related discipline required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, customer success, or technical sales support. Proven ability to learn technical concepts and communicate customer needs. Proven ability to build professional relationships with customer stakeholders and communicate effectively across internal and external teams. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
