As the client base continues to grow, the business is looking for an additional Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, increase engagement and create opportunities for long-term growth.
The Role
Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on helping clients grow and spotting opportunities others miss?
We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join the team. This is a commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, maximising client retention, and driving revenue growth across an existing portfolio.
If you're motivated by building strong partnerships, retaining customers, and growing accounts, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of estate agency clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted business partner.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and growth ambitions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase account value through additional services, increased usage and strategic account development.
- Drive client retention by maintaining regular contact, conducting account reviews, and ensuring clients continue to see value from our partnership.
- Monitor account health and engagement levels, taking early action to strengthen relationships and reduce the risk of churn.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Create and deliver account plans that support both client success, retention and commercial growth objectives.
- Gather client feedback and market insight to help shape future service improvements and business opportunities.
- Support the sales process by creating compelling success stories, case studies, testimonials, and recommendations that showcase our impact.
About You
- You have proven experience managing and developing client relationships in an account management, customer success, or business development role.
- You genuinely enjoy building relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to your clients.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and a track record of growing revenue within existing accounts.
- You understand that retention and account growth go hand in hand and know how to balance both successfully.
- You're proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships at once.
- You can confidently engage with decision-makers and influence positive outcomes.
- You're motivated by targets and enjoy identifying opportunities to create additional value for both clients and the business.
- We’re specifically looking for someone based in the South of England, so that you can benefit from building face to face relationships with your clients.

- Consistently achieving commercial targets whilst delivering an outstanding client experience.
Why Join?

You’ll receive a competitive salary, uncapped commission, support from an experienced team, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s growth within the property sector.
If this sounds exciting to you, and you’ve got the relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.
