Account Manager

The Opportunity We are growing our team of Account Managers, offering an outstanding chance to work with a world-class marketing team at Adobe! As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, applying your expertise in Client Management and Ad Operations. You will become proficient in launching, optimizing, troubleshooting, and analyzing advertising campaigns on our platform. What you'll do: Responsible for activation and launching of campaigns Plan day-to-day production tasks (campaign setup, launch, tracking & optimization) Work closely with the team to deliver flawless daily projects Ensure client needs are met or exceeded consistently Drive medium to large projects from inception through completion independently Launch, optimize, and analyze campaigns successfully Provide regular updates on campaign performance and overall customer health Develop deep expertise in Adobe AdCloud technology and stay updated with new features and improvements What you'll need to be successful: Digital Marketing Skills Strong understanding of SEM Advertising ecosystems across Google & Bing platforms Business Skills Quick learner and great teammate with proven ability to manage change effectively Experience presenting to large groups and customers Solid grasp of business models, concepts, and strategies Basic project management and excellent communication skills Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookups, formulas, Pivot Tables, Graphs, and Macros Excellent skills in Microsoft Presentation and ability to build/present new infographics Proficiency with Google Ads and Bing Ads editor tools About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
