Account Manager – Cybersecurity | Remote within Netherlands

I’m partnering with a global leader in OT, IoT & critical infrastructure cybersecurity to hire an ambitious Account Manager to help develop the Dutch market.

This is particularly interesting for a cybersecurity sales professional looking for their next step rather than just their next job. The company is specifically looking for someone with the potential to develop towards a Regional Sales Director position as they grow.

The position starts on a 1-year contract, with the intention to move to permanent based on strong performance.

The opportunity:

• Own and develop the Netherlands territory
• Strong focus on new-logo acquisition and hunting
• Grow and upsell existing strategic accounts
• Join a dedicated regional sales pod alongside a Regional Sales Director & Sales Engineer
• Build pipeline through direct prospecting, events and industry relationships
• Sell a leading cybersecurity solution into enterprise and critical infrastructure customers
• Uncapped commission, paid quarterly

Ideal background:

• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience,
• Experience selling cybersecurity / network security solutions
• Account Executive, Account Manager, Territory Sales or similar background
• Strong new-business/hunter mentality
• Proven quota achievement
• Confident presenting, handling objections and closing business
• Highly driven, organised and commercially ambitious
• Dutch & English speaking

Direct OT/IoT security experience would be highly relevant, but strong sellers from the broader cybersecurity/network security ecosystem are also of interest.
