Account Manager

It’s about building long-term relationships, understanding our clients’ goals, and helping them get real value from CMap. Our Account Management team is deeply embedded in the customer experience. We work closely with Consulting, Support, and Sales to ensure every client gets maximum return from our product, while spotting opportunities to grow and evolve our partnerships over time. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of ~100+ existing US client accounts Drive renewals and reduce churn across your book Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts Bring a value-first approach to every client conversation Build genuine, lasting relationships — not just transactional check-ins Skills, Knowledge and Expertise SaaS or B2B account management/sales experience Comfort managing a large portfolio independently, without heavy process A balance of commercial instinct (growth) and account care (retention) Understanding of how SMB/mid-market clients buy and make decisions What we offer: Research has shown that people don’t always apply for roles if they don’t have all the required skills.
