Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join one of our clients' teams. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are on track, timelines are clear, and communication flows smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and with senior experience in client-facing roles who thrives in dynamic agency environments. Key Details Contract Type : Undefined Work Schedule : Full-time (40 hours per week) Location : Open to candidates based in LATAM Language Requirement : Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) Modality : Hybrid (only for candidates in Caracas, Venezuela) / Remote Responsibilities Client Communication Support : Support client communication by preparing meeting notes, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Project Coordination : Track project deliverables, timelines, and updates using Click-Up, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align on priorities, clarify needs, and move tasks forward. Task Management : Monitor and organize project tasks, flagging blockers and supporting the team in staying on track. Reporting Assistance : Help prepare regular updates for clients, including performance reports, status summaries, and budget tracking. Minimum Requirements 5 years of experience in digital marketing or client services. Proficiency in English at C1 level. Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience using project management tools. Desired Skills Experience using Click-Up. Background working with B2B clients or in the tech services industry. Background in digital marketing agencies or client-facing project roles. Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment. Experience with international clients or fast-paced teams.
