Manage renewals end to end, including submission development, proposals, carrier placement, and binding. Prepare exposure data, loss exhibits, submissions, and proposals, obtaining loss runs and policy documentation directly from carriers as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client service requests, managing policy changes, endorsements, audits, certificates, and invoices. Maintain accurate and timely updates in the system of record, including documentation, audits, reports, contract reviews, and claims support. Oversee policy billing setup, invoice requests, premium reconciliation, aged A/R communication, and coordination with accounting teams.
