Own a SMB & Mid-Market Account Portfolio. We’re looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Sinch team, supporting our Small and Mid-Market customer segments. This isn’t a high-volume cold calling role. You’ll own and grow a defined portfolio of SMB & Mid-Market customers, focusing on long-term partnerships, consultative selling, customer retention, and account expansion. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market accounts Act as a trusted advisor — understand customer needs, business objectives, and communication strategies and align solutions to their goals Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the SMB & Mid- Market customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to expand customer usage, introduce new use cases, and increase product adoption Own customer retention and renewal efforts, proactively identifying risks and developing strategies to protect recurring revenue Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings to demonstrate value, understand evolving needs, and identify growth opportunities Develop strategic account plans and maintain accurate account information, opportunity management, and forecasting in CRM Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience WHAT YOU BRING Experience in account management, customer success, SaaS sales, or a related customer-facing role Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Ability to manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business and revenue opportunities Comfortable managing multiple accounts, priorities, and sales opportunities independently Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer objectives and communicate the value of technology solutions REQUIREMENTS A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic account plans and identify customer growth opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships while achieving revenue, retention, and expansion goals. Experience with SaaS, technology, messaging, communications, marketing technology, or a related industry. The estimated total annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $115,,000 - $144,,000. The annual starting base salary for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s commission plan, with a target commission opportunity equal to 45% of annualized base salary, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
