Account Manager IT / Cloud (m/f/d) Hybrid in Frankfurt am Main Account Manager IT / Cloud (m/f/d) Location: Frankfurt am Main or Gelnhausen, Germany Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) Employment Type: Permanent About the Opportunity We are partnering with an established German cloud solutions provider to find an Account Manager IT / Cloud who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and helping businesses adopt modern Microsoft cloud technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing sales team focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions for companies across Germany. Your Responsibilities Manage and grow your own portfolio of business customers, IT partners, and resellers. Advise decision-makers on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions. Own the complete sales cycle, from understanding customer needs to contract negotiation and closing. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Work closely with Presales and Technical Consultants to design tailored customer solutions. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools. What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience selling IT, cloud, or software solutions. Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies; exposure to Azure or cybersecurity solutions is a plus. Basic understanding of subscription-based business models (MRR/ARR). Strong customer-facing, communication, and negotiation skills. A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
