Account Manager (m/w/d) Pharma and Personal Care

For our Life Sciences Division – Pharma & Personal Care, we are looking for a committed Account Management professional to join us as soon as possible. This role is fully remote. What You'll Do: Customer Management & Sales Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical and personal care customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations through to contract closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations. Technical Consulting & Customer Support Develop and implement customer-specific solutions tailored to operational needs. Deliver presentations and customer training sessions. Identify opportunities to optimize cleaning and disinfection processes and improve operational efficiency. Market Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation within company systems. Collaborate closely with Corporate Managers, Distribution Managers, and Business Development Managers to drive customer success and business growth. Qualifications: Scientific degree or technical education with an interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and in the sale of technical products or solutions. Strong understanding of industrial production processes. Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach to sales. Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and as part of a team. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
