As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing client relationships, influencing their success on our platforms, and driving meaningful impact across a dynamic and evolving industry. What you'll do As an Account Manager in Rightmove Commercial, you’ll: Win new business: Proactively target and acquire commercial agents in your region, introducing them to the value of advertising their properties on Rightmove. Grow strong partnerships: Manage both newly acquired and existing customers with regular face-to-face meetings, upselling across our product suite and ensuring long-term success. Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation through to conversion, you’ll take responsibility for building opportunities and achieving revenue growth. Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide conversations, run impactful review meetings, and help customers understand both their own business and the wider market. Deliver excellence: Ensure every account has a clear understanding of our products and pricing, providing tailored, value-added solutions that drive results. Collaborate for impact: Work closely with our Telephone Account Managers (TAMs) and New Business Consultants (NBCs), as well as internal teams like Customer Services and Finance, to provide a seamless client experience. Represent Rightmove: Be a positive ambassador for our values, taking accountability for self-development and supporting your colleagues at regional and national meetings. Drive results: Overachieve on KPIs and revenue targets through persuasive, relationship-driven face-to-face activity that adds measurable value for your clients.
