What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a seamless implementation experience.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, expectations, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with SEO, PPC, CRM, Web Development, and Creative teams to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and maximise client value.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Present campaign performance, project updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and continuously expand your industry knowledge.
• What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for client success.
