Account Manager - Performance Marketing

Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in performance marketing and digital agencies to join our team. This is a client-facing role . You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their marketing objectives, coordinating with our performance marketing team, and ensuring clients receive clear communication and excellent service. You do not need to be a hands-on Media Buyer. Our performance marketing specialist will handle the technical campaign execution. Your role is to own the client relationship and act as the bridge between the client and the internal team. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their marketing campaigns. Conduct client meetings, calls, and follow-ups. Understand clients' business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals. Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure campaigns align with client objectives. Coordinate with media buyers and internal teams on campaign requirements, updates, and deliverables. Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and professional manner. Collect and communicate client feedback to the internal team. Manage client expectations, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to improve client results and satisfaction. Prepare and present campaign updates and reports. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Proactively identify potential issues and ensure they are resolved quickly. Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is required . Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role. Strong understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing . Experience managing clients whose campaigns include platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable conducting client meetings and discussing campaign performance. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong English communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal marketing and performance teams. Important This is not a Media Buyer position . You are not expected to personally execute campaigns or manage ad accounts on a daily basis. We are specifically looking for someone who understands performance marketing well enough to manage clients, communicate campaign performance, and coordinate effectively with the technical team.
