About the role As the Stop Loss Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing new and renewal business in tandem with our sales representatives in support of the collective sales goals. You will assist and work in partnership with the sales representative and Home Office personnel, including support services, underwriting, and management resources, to contribute value-added solutions to help meet sales growth and persistency objectives. Through effective day-to-day account management, you’ll build strong working relationships with assigned accounts, brokers, and internal teams to meet customer expectations. The position requires a solid understanding of our internal procedures and renewal processes to provide detailed and timely responses to our clients and business partners. What you will do Manage the overall service experience and customer needs for existing accounts by providing consistent proactive account management with brokers and clients in the form of scheduled calls, emails, conference calls and webinars Monthly monitoring of account claim reporting requirements, premium remittances, and timely uploading of information into our Employer Excess Loss platform Respond to client inquiries and requests and proactively identify potential client concerns to ensure positive outcomes Primary manager of the renewal process to retain our active and profitable accounts in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, Underwriting and Broker partners Lead new client orientation, onboarding, and the installation of new accounts from point of sale through delivery of the contract. These require a demonstration of the client Group Online (GO) portal and other beneficial programs Effectively partner with the RFP Analyst (RA) team to provide a consistent customer experience for both internal and external business partners and ensure confidence during the quoting process.
