The Opportunity: As an Account Manager your key objective is to grow the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network by remotely managing a portfolio of hotel partners in Vietnam. You will be responsible for maximizing partner engagement, driving portfolio performance, and improving supply metrics through digital-first account management at scale. In this role, you’ll get to: Own and manage a portfolio of hotels across Vietnam. Build and maintain strong partner relationships remotely via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Drive improvements in key supply metrics by analyzing performance and recommending solutions. Activate Agoda products and promotions for partners, track deal performance, and ensure outcomes are documented. Act as a point of contact for partner escalations within your assigned portfolio Use Agoda’s digital tools for outreach, logging, and reporting. Participate in training to stay updated on new tools, processes, and best practices. Participate in assigned project, support operational task / event and any other adhoc tasks that under your scope of work and responsibilities. What you’ll need to succeed: Minimum 4 years’ experience in account management, business development, or supply/e-commerce role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese (Native level) and English (Business level). Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with proven success in B2B engagement. Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decisions and performance outcomes. Comfort with digital-first work (remote portfolio management, call systems, CRM tools). Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a large portfolio independently. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows, tools, and business priorities.
