We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. Perform general ledger accounting, intercompany transactions, debt service accounting, and fixed asset accounting. Analyze accounts receivable aging, reserves, and financial trends to support informed decision-making. Process ACH transactions, remote deposits, and other treasury-related activities. Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Prepare quarterly financial reports and assist with Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting. Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase operational efficiency. Support special projects and other accounting initiatives as assigned. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in accounting required. Five or more years of progressive general ledger accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other analytical functions. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Healthcare, nonprofit, or senior living accounting experience is preferred but not required.
